Our mission
Here at Aviation Job Search, it’s always been our mission to provide professionals in the aviation industry with a destination for their career growth, allowing them to connect and discover new opportunities. This is more important than ever as the industry starts to recover from the events of the last 18 months.
This period has given us the chance to reflect on how we could better serve aviation professionals and recruiters, and take on board the feedback that has been given to us over recent months. As you will already have seen, we put this feedback into practice with the brand-new relaunched Aviation Job Search in March of this year. However, we’re not finished!
What’s next?
One of the main things we’ve learned from our research and feedback gathering in recent months is that there is more we can offer to aviation professionals aside from just job opportunities to help them with their career. As our mission statement says, it’s our aim to act as a destination for aviation professionals to discover career advice, industry news and insights, and connect and share knowledge with their fellow professionals, whether they are actively searching for a role or not.
