This week, Key Account Manager and Brand Ambassador for Aviation Job Search, Natasha Metcalf, will host a careers presentation at the Dublin Aviation Summit.
Metcalf spends her days speaking with the world’s biggest airlines and MRO companies, to find out what they’re looking for within their business. With that in mind, Metcalf is well equipped to share her knowledge and expertise to jobseekers, and aspiring aviators looking to make their way into the aviation industry.
The talk will cover all aspects of the recruitment process, from where to start your job search, how to utilise social media in the process, how to make your CV stand out from the crowd and how to impress in an interview.

The talk follows on from the 2018 show where Managing Director of Aviation Job Search, Dave Capper, held a similar talk. More recently, Metcalf took to the stage in Berlin, at the Pilot Expo, in which she shared her knowledge and advice to over two hundred pilots.
The presentations reflect Aviation Job Search’s mission to connect as many jobseekers to the career of their dreams as possible, and to provide guidance and support in that journey.
The Dublin Aviation Summit starts today, and will conclude on Wednesday 15th May. Metcalf’s presentation will begin at 2pm.
