Who should do this course?
This course is intended for those who require a UK airport airside ID pass. It is only available to those with a genuine need after the employer or agency completes a security background check.
Whether you are a chef in an airside restaurant, operating as cabin crew, or loading baggage, most airport workers require this course unless they have completed alternative security training.
This course applies to UK airports only.
Certificate
This course includes a PDF certificate upon successful completion, which is available immediately upon completion.
The certificate is valid for 5 years. However, refresher training will be required if competencies are not exercised for six months or more (e.g., long-term sickness or extended leave).
Some airports may also require more frequent refresher training.
