As you might be aware the mandatory regulations from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for the Human Factors are due to change in early December.
Human Factors must now contain Safety Management Systems element and will be called Initial Safety Training (including Human Factors) to comply with GM1 CAMO.A.305(g).
This removes the need for a separate Safety Management training.
This, new format HF training satisfies the above requirments, and the certificate issued upon completion is recognised worldwide.
