This 3 hour, self paced course has been written with you in mind. Our instructor has spent two decades in the classroom listening to many people talk about their mental health; hearing what works, and what doesn't! That knowledge has been collated into this course.
This course is for you if you feel you should know more about mental fitness and resilience. Perhaps you've been affected by poor mental health, whether that's your own, or the mental health of someone you love, live with, or work with.
We could all do with being better equipped to spot the signs of poor mental health, gaining the confidence and skills to have conversations about mental health, and learning new skills to help us cope with modern life and become more resilient
The course includes a section about suicide awareness - how to spot the signs, how to get or give help, and how to talk to a loved one if you, or they, feel suicidal.
The course is self paced and all parts are fully narrated. It's broken down into two parts. Part one will help you identify many mental health conditions, and part two will explore ways to bring about peace of mind and improve wellbeing.
