- Hold an EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) pilot license with A320 type rating.
- Have completed 1,500 hours flight time as a pilot on multi-pilot airplanes.
- Within the 12 months preceding the date of application, complete 30 route sectors:
- Including take-offs and landings.
- As PIC or co-pilot on A320 airplane type.
- Up to 15 sectors may be completed in an FFS (Full Flight Simulator) representing that type.
Teaching and Learning Instruction:
- The course covers advanced training skills expected by airline training departments.
- Topics include CRM debriefing techniques and analysis of crew behavior.
Technical Theoretical Knowledge Instruction:
- Focuses on revising technical knowledge and preparing lesson plans.
- Develops classroom instructional skills.
Flight Instruction:
- Consists of 3 simulator sessions of synthetic flight training:
- Session 1: 4 hours
- Session 2: 4 hours
- Session 3: 2 hours
