            Although an airside team leader's work environment and conditions can vary according to their geographic location, they still have a very important job role at the airport; they will need to be flexible enough to work multiple shifts (days/evenings, weekends and holidays). The incumbent will have their own transport or be able to reach on time at the airport if they opt for public transport. Should be able to work in a noisy environment and be able to handle pressure as changes happen quickly – number of people, flights, etc. Should be able to work in adverse weather conditions and, if required, be able to lift up to 32kg during a shift. Should have leadership ability to lead, work in a team, and be successful in challenging environments; previous experience in aviation is preferred.
