Air Freight Pricing Supervisor

Job Description

Our client is the world’s leader in Air Cargo/Ocean Freight & Logistics services and Freight/Cargo Forwarding (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics).

Responsibilities:

• Keeping the rate updated at all times in the file and system, as well as negotiating with airlines for the best competitive rates.
• Contacting airlines to find solutions for oversize cargo, keeping cool, or any special cargo types.
• Updating rates in the file and system once revised rates are obtained from airlines, whether for seasonal periods or ad hoc occasions.
• Monitoring airline accumulated tonnage to meet the monthly target.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Air Pricing and Freight Forwarding.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Smooth communication skills, both internally and internationally.
• Strong in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to operate a PC and Microsoft Office.
• Immediate availability or a quick start is preferred.
