Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor - Heathrow Airport

Optime Group are proud to be recruiting Cabin Quality Supervisors for a prestigious client at Heathrow Airport. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company offering excellent conditions and facilities.

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires a full valid UK driving license and at least 3 years’ residency in the UK.

What's on offer:

• Rate of pay: £ 13.66 rising to £16.13 per hour once trained
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Shifts: 8 hour shifts between 05:00-23:00
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Temp to Perm (performance based)

Roster examples 5 on 3 off:

• 06:30-15:30/07:30-16:30/07:30-16:30/08:00-17:00/08:00-17:00/OFF/OFF/OFF
• 0600-15:00/0600-15:00/07:00-16:00/07:00-16:00/0730-15:30 OFF/OFF/OFF
• 8:00-17:00/8:00-17:00/10:00-19:00/10:00-19:00/10:00-19:00 OFF/OFF/OFF
• 10:00-19:00/10:00-19:00/10:00-19:00/10:00-19:00/10:00-19:00 OFF/OFF/OFF

Key responsibilities:

• On the job training and coaching of colleagues in the art of cabin cleaning, including adherence to cleaning quality standards and cleaning specifications.
• Upskill and develop cabin appearance colleagues to be future supervisors.
• Ensuring all team members welcome new colleagues and embody our inclusive and diverse culture.
• Help with the on boarding of new colleagues making sure they feel supported.
• Ensure all aspects of Health & Safety are followed.
• All other operational duties as required.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Takes pride in their work
• Must be flexible for the shifts
• Great work ethic
• Works well in a team
• Previous cleaning and/or supervisory experience is preferable.
