Job Description:

This position performs administrative and operational responsibilities including preparation of reports and facilitating our daily aircraft and cargo operations on the ramp at Gardermoen Airport.

He/She will be part of a small dedicated air and cargo team that performs general office duties such as management reports, data entry, compliance auditing, answering phones, distributing mail and other duties as assigned.

He/she will also plan, oversee and engage loading and unloading of our UPSCO aircraft supported using our newest technology in collaboration with our on site partners during our operational hours in the morning and/or evening.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, engage in and supervise loading / unloading aircraft and cargo activities
• Ensuring full compliance and safety in our daily operations that are subject to local and international regulations
• Prepares and/or coordinates information and reports for internal and external use and distribution

Qualifications:

• Any previous experience on aircraft and cargo operations will be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
• Good English skills
• Has a driving license
• Has a Norwegian residence
• An effective communicator written/orally both individually and in a collaborative environment
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Accurate and rapid data entry skills
• A background check is part of our onboarding process, so you are expected you can provide any documentation requested as well as a clean police record

Location: Gardemoen Airport

Working hours: 27.5 hours/ week

• Mon – Fri
• as pr. shift schedule , usual scheduled working hours

5am -10am

0430pm – 0930pm
