About Us:
National Flight Centre Pilot Academy is a leading provider of Professional Pilot Training, recognized for our commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated EASA-qualified Aircraft Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee all aspects of light aircraft maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all maintenance activities for light aircraft in compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations.
Ensure all maintenance work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work plans to meet operational needs.
Lead, train, and mentor a small team of technicians to ensure technical excellence and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and certifications.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure ongoing compliance with aviation safety standards.
Manage budgets, procurement, and inventory for maintenance operations.
Address technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize aircraft downtime.
Requirements:
Valid B1.2 EASA Aircraft Maintenance License.
Minimum 10 of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations, particularly Part-145 and Part-M.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance software and reporting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Cessna and Tecnam light aircraft
• Additional certifications or qualifications in aviation management or safety systems.
