Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager

Project Manager – Based in Dublin or London Stansted.

The Project Manager reports to the Head of Maintenance and is responsible for the following:

• Management and control of operational projects to the point of hand over to the relevant department.

• The availability of facilities appropriate to the planned work including hangars, workshops office accommodation, stores to the satisfaction of the maintenance management.

• The set up and closure of line stations as required by the maintenance management.

• Assessment of changes to the organisations scope of work, including the addition of types and change of work scope.

• Administration and management of the ground operations licences for various locations.

• Following the management of change process as described in MOE 3.5.

• Providing feedback to the SAG/SRB, of risks identified during the change process.

• Any other tasks requested by the Head of Maintenance

Line maintenance experience on gas turbine powered aircraft is required.

Ideally Licensed but not essential

Understanding of the regulatory / procedural aspects of line maintenance inc. Part 145

Experience of setting up line stations and / or addition of maintenance scope

Able to travel, occasionally at short notice

Ability to function independently and as part of a wider team

Some understanding of Safety Management Systems, and particularly Management of Change
