Job Description:

Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) years of operational aircraft maintenance experience with one (1) year of operational aircraft maintenance experience in General Aviation or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate with Inspection Authorization (can be expired at time of hire, but must become current within sixty (60) days of hire)
Experience in risk management and mitigation.
This position requires the use of a company vehicle and/or personal vehicle for business travel. The selected candidate must successfully pass an MVR and be insurable under Aims insurance.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment post-offer urine analysis.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications:
FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate with Inspection Authorization (can be expired at time of hire, but must become current within sixty (60) days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Education, or another related field
Three (3) years operational aircraft maintenance experience in General Aviation
One (1) year of supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance.
Letter of designation DME (Designated Maintenance Examiner)
High level of trade specific computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in conflict management .
FAA pilot certifications.
Experience with safety management systems.
