Aircraft Maintenance Technician

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety and operational readiness of our company aircraft. This role involves performing inspections, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and part replacements in compliance with FAA regulations. The technician will work closely with the aviation team to maintain aircraft reliability and support flight operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and part replacements on company aircraft.
• Document all work performed in accordance with FAA regulations.
• Support scheduled inspections, including calendar and hourly inspections, and troubleshoot unexpected aircraft issues.
• Collaborate with flight crews to identify and address in-flight or post-flight issues.
• Ensure aircraft maintenance standards are met and assist in maintaining hangar equipment during downtime.

Qualifications:

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with Gulfstream GVII-G600 and/or Bombardier Challenger 300 series experience preferred.
• Proficient in avionics systems troubleshooting preferred.
• Understanding of technical documentation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting aircraft systems and interpreting technical documentation.
• Ability to lift 90 pounds independently, stand for extended periods of time; crouch, bend and twist constantly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
