Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and maintaining Citation CJ4’s and Falcon aircraft. Working with the Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, performance, and reliability of our fleet while adhering to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and safety standards during maintenance procedures.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts used.
  • Work closely with DOM and Chief Pilot to maintain the overall safety and functionality of the fleet.
  • Perform engine and airframe maintenance, including hydraulics, avionics, and electrical systems.
  • Assist in keeping accurate inventory records for parts and tools.
  • Towing and aircraft movement within our hangar.
  • Helping coordinate arrivals and departures from our hangar including occasional nights and weekends
  • General upkeep and maintenance of our private hangar facilities. This will include GSE, tooling and passenger areas.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working on Citation CJ4’s, and/or Falcon aircraft is required.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is mandatory.
  • Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in aircraft systems and components.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance manuals and FAA regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel as needed for aircraft maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Valid US Passport & Driver’s license with clean driving record.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other business jet models is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including remote locations.
  • Familiarity with parts management and inventory systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts and tools.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and on elevated platforms.
  • Ability to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $80,000 - $120,000.
