Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Aviation Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft according to established guidelines and procedures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft mechanical and electrical systems
- Conduct repairs and replacements of aircraft components as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance standards
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) certification recommended
- Previous experience working as an aviation mechanic preferred
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance practices
- Knowledge of Diamond Aircraft and Piper Aircraft
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
