Volantes Technical Recruitment, on behalf of our long standing well respected Rotary Client have permanent roles available for Aircraft Mechanics.

These are full time roles situated at their Oxford Airport base.

Ideally, you will already have some experience working with helicopters however the client will consider engineers coming from a fixed wing back ground as well as engineers that are potentially leaving the forces and seeking your first role on civvy street.

The Role

As an Aircraft Mechanic  you'll be working under the supervision of Licensed Aircraft Engineers on some of the best helicopters in the world.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, continued operation of their aircraft through:

• Replacement and installation of mechanical and electrical components as per maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
• While not certifying work, you will support licensed engineers and technicians in the completion of inspections and repairs
• Work closely with licensed engineers, fitters, and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of aircraft maintenance tasks.

Proven ability to work with technical instructions. We will be looking for technicians that can apply those instructions safely, efficiently and effectively.
