Volantes Technical Recruitment, on behalf of our Wycombe based Rotary client have the permanent role of Aircraft Mechanic.
They are looking to recruit enthusiastic new members to its helicopter engineering team, who would like to take their first steps towards becoming a licensed helicopter engineer.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a helicopter engineering environment learning what it takes to maintain the largest light aviation fleet in the UK, whilst training towards becoming a qualified licensed helicopter engineer.

Their experienced managers will provide you with on the job training whilst guiding you through the periodic examinations process on your way to becoming qualified.
This is a program which rewards your sustained progress towards your license with incremental remuneration increases, as you are able to complete more tasks for company.
Shift
The role is 5 days a week based predominately on Monday to Friday work from 08:30 to 17:00.
However, applicants must expect to occasionally be asked to cover at the weekends or overtime during busy periods.
