Role Overview

• Position: Aircraft Painter

• Type: Permanent/Contract (dependent on assignment)

As an Aircraft Painter, you will be instrumental in:

• Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, and masking aircraft surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion.
• Application of Coatings: Applying primers, paints, and protective coatings with precision to achieve a flawless finish.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting inspections and performing touch-ups to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Calibrating and maintaining painting equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to strict EASA regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
• Documentation: Accurately documenting work performed and maintaining detailed quality control records.

What Were Looking For

To be considered for opportunities in our talent pool, you should have:

• A relevant qualification or certification in aircraft painting or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in aircraft painting, with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
• Strong technical skills in surface preparation, paint application techniques, and quality control.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
