Aircraft Component Technician.

Permanent- Essex

We currently require a fulltime permanent mechanical technician within our Galley Accessory Division. The role will involve carrying out the Overhaul, Inspection, Repair and approved Modification of aircraft components. 

Some of the units repaired within the shops are as follows:• Faucets/Taps• Ovens • Water Boilers / Coffee Makers

Job skills, experience and qualifications:

The applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:

•    Previous experience within the Aviation industry is preferred but not essential as we may consider candidates from other industries with similar skills with the purpose to cross train into the aviation industry.

•    Experience in engineering.

•    Have a recognized qualification in a related subject i.e., Engineering, Aviation, Electrical/Mechanical maintenance.

Job Information:

•    Starting salary will be subject to previous experience, industry relevance and position offered.

•    28 days PA Holiday starting entitlement (Includes bank holidays).

.•    Working hours 08:00 to 16:30 Mon-Fri with half hour lunch break.
