What You’ll Do:

Our motivated Customer Service Agents are at the heart of the airport experience, providing exceptional service to airline passengers at every step of their journey. Whether assisting at the check-in counters or managing departure and arrival gates, you will ensure each traveler feels supported and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-In Counters: Process passengers efficiently by checking IDs, printing boarding passes, and tagging luggage.
  • Departure/Arrival Gates: Deliver clear and helpful announcements, scan boarding passes, ensure all passengers meet travel requirements, and guide deplaning passengers.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This position requires standing and walking for the majority of your shift.

Your Shift:

  • Work 4-5 hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM.
  • Be available for a minimum of 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays.

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Korean (conversational and written); Japanese proficiency is a plus.

Requirements
  • Bilingual required for this position: Fluent in English and Korean (conversational and writing) required. Japanese a plus.
  • Available to attend five (5) days of initial Onboarding and Computer Training.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts based on airline schedules.
  • Great attitude and a willingness to extend professionalism and courtesy to airline customers and teammates at all times.
  • Possess a whatever it takes mindset.
  • Computer literate.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States of America (USA) without sponsorship.
