Airline Passenger Baggage Check In Agent-Curbside

The Airport Curbside Concierge/Baggage Check-in Agent is responsible for assisting guests with luggage check-in and issuing boarding passes at a busy airport curbside location. This role emphasizes high-quality customer service and adherence to TSA standards while managing luggage and providing information to passengers. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and involves physical demands such as lifting and pushing luggage.

Responsibilities

• Immediately and warmly greet Guests as they approach the desk.
• Assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines.
• Verify the guest flight itinerary and number of bags being checked.
• Input guest information for those who have not previously enrolled in the process.
• Process the check-in of the guests' bags, including charging guests' credit cards for bags as per airline requirements.
• Weigh guests' bags to verify appropriate weight and charge for overweight bags.
• Tag guest luggage with destination tags.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.
• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.
• Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Love working with People

Hourly Pay Rate is $10.00 with UNLIMITED TIP POTENTIALS!!
