Airport activities 
•  Manage airport departures and transits. Ensures that clients have all the relevant exit documentation to depart Bangkok. 
o  Meeting clients at the airport
o  Assisting with check in formalities 
o  Managing exit formalities with relevant RTG agencies (Royal Thai Govt)
o  Ensures all clients board their flight
•  Constant awareness and consideration of the political, religious, ethnic, and social sensitivities and factors that apply to customers and their host countries. 
•  Work with airlines and Government agencies to ensure a smooth transit/departure.

Other Tasks 
•  Activation and co-ordination of all application 3rd Party suppliers and vendors who provide Medical, Biometric, Accommodation and Transit Service to customers. Ensure all purchase orders for travel and accommodation are loaded in a timely manner.  
•  Dedicated in person support to refugee clients who must interface with RTG agencies throughout the case life cycle – including.
o  Accessing Thai Immigration Detention Centers for client interviews and assessment
o  Chaperone clients with RTG reps to medical appointments and back to detention
o  Supporting clients who need to surrender to Thai Immigration as part of exit visa administration 
o  Supporting clients from airline check in to departure to Australia per RTG expectations
o  Attendance at Australian Embassy Bangkok to take possession of Immigration Documentation under contractual guidelines 
o  Support vulnerable clients in urban areas attend Australian Immigration Medicals in Bangkok
