Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate will have experience in leadership, transportation, or facility
operations, and preferably aviation industry experience. The candidate needs to be
comfortable with making leadership decisions, taking proactive measures, mastered at
Microsoft Office Suite, and is well organized.

• Ability to organize and perform multiple assignments in a high-stress environment.
• Ability to interact, communicate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors,
• customers, and all levels of management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage the activities of a diverse workforce.
• Skilled problem solver with leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication, decision-maker, and management skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles
• Must pass 10-yr. security background check and drug testing.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs - 70 lbs
• Be able to stand for long periods of times
