AOG Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AOG Desk Manager. The AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the AOG support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of aircraft maintenance issues. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage high-pressure situations, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate AOG support operations.
• Quickly and efficiently respond to AOG requests.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, maintenance teams, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers and service centres.
• Implement procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Arrange and track shipments worldwide.

 Requirements:

• MUST have right to work in the EU.
• MUST have English Level B2.
• Technical or commercial education.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation operations or a similar role
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, AOG processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage urgent situations effectively.
• Knowledge of MRP systems – SAP (Desirable).
