Responsabilities

* Improvement of AOG support
* Quickly respond to customer AOG requests in the most effective way
* Assure that service customer requests are in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations
* Collaborating with Subsidiaries, Customers & Service Centers
* Sourcing of material
* Arranging and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide

Requirements

* Technical or commercial education
* Several years of professional experience in the field of material management, customer service spare parts or aircraft maintenance
* Knowledge in using technical documentation to identify materials and experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
* English level B2
* Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
* Working independently but being a team player at the same time Benefits
