The A&P Aircraft Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and
inspections on our fleet of Embraer executive jets. The ideal candidate will ensure their work complies with all corresponding FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer requirements. The role involves both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring aircraft are airworthy and operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all maintenance and inspections in accordance with FAA Part 91 regulations and
manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair systems including engines, hydraulics, electrical, avionics, and
structural components of Embraer executive jets.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure airworthiness and safety.
Document and track all maintenance activities in accordance with FAA and company
requirements.
Collaborate with flight crews and management to assist with maintenance related schedule
changes to minimize aircraft downtime.
Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and material handling
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices.
Respond to unscheduled maintenance events and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations as
necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in jet aircraft maintenance, preferably with Embraer executive
jets or similar.
In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly Part 91 operations.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call for AOG situations.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Experience with aircraft maintenance tracking software is a plus.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
