Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Accept or reject work accomplished for all items generated on the inspection forms.- Responsible for the surveillance of all work in progress.- Assures that all work inspected is in accordance with current FAA approved technical data.- Adheres to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company’s Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM).- Service, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness.- Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and functional components, assemble, and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, structural components, and accessories using hand tools and power tools.- Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges and test equipment, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brakes, welding equipment, rivet guns, and drills.- Assure that all routine, non-routine, and customer request work cards are correctly completed and properly signed off.- Verify calibrated tooling used is current.

Education and Experience: 

- Airframe & Power Plant (A & P) License preferred, but not required.- High School Diploma or Equivalent.Abilities and Skills:- Attention to detail is imperative.- Must be able to multi-task.- Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
