Assembly/Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for ASSEMBLY/PARTS COORDINATOR in BRIDGEPORT, WV

Responsibilities:

As an Assembly/Parts Coordinator, you will be required to:

• Track/drive processes critical to the assembly and test areas.
• Coordinate parts, consumables and non-product material movements.
• Support all continuous improvement, quality and E&HS operations initiatives and policies to meet company goals.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned and refer team challenges to the Supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Requires understanding of related fields to perform all manual and technical operations and deal with various aspects of diversified problems.
• Follow general instructions using complex drawings, advanced shop mathematics and precision measuring tools to carry out tasks in assigned area.
• US Citizenship
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Job Type:

• Full-time, Contract
• Rotating shifts, including nights, to support production requirements.

Essential Job Functions

• Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain and manipulate data.
• Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
• Work Environment : FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
