Assistant Manager – Cabin Safety Training Documentation

The responsibilities are as follows: – 

  1. Ensure that all Cabin Safety Training documents, manuals, Circulars are prepared in coordination with CSTM/ Alternate CSTM and In-Flight Services team, on time in compliance with regulatory and company standards and also submissions and approval are promptly processed, maintained and tracked on day-to-day basis with different DGCA directorates. 
  2. Ensure all cabin Safety documents, Online and physical Document Library at different bases and cabin Crew Training files are updated in a periodic manner and readily available as and when required. 
  3. Perform all administrative tasks pertaining to Cabin Safety.  
  4. Updation all Training center Library related activities adhering to the distribution list in a periodic manner. 
  5. Manage day-to-day duties and activities deemed necessary by operational and DGCA requirements and formulate suitable methodology to facilitate flow of regulatory information to all concerned by following Documentation Management Process. 
  6. Any other work requiring coordination with DGCA and/or Any other duties assigned by General Manager - Flight Operations / Cabin Safety Training Manager.
