Job overview and responsibilities
Assist and support the Base Manager and Director in the supervision of the bases with over 2,000+ flight attendants. Ensure supervisors are equipped and prepared to support flight attendants and leaders in the operation. Manage and direct a team of supervisors providing coaching and support as they manage performance of the flight attendants. Assist in all areas of the operation and provide leadership to the staff.
