Position: Licensed Aircraft Engineer A320 + B737 + ERJ
Location: Based at Vienna Airport (VIE), Austria, with duty work at Salzburg (SZG) and Graz (GRZ) as needed. Accommodation and travel will be covered for work outside of VIE.
Shift Rotation: 7 days on – 7 days off
Typical Shift Pattern: 7 days / 7 off / 7 nights (subject to change based on station requirements)
Hours: 12-hour shifts, with 11.5 hours on duty

What’s on Offer:

• Night Shift Allowance: +25% on standard hourly rate
• Overtime Allowance: +65% (6 am to 8 pm) or +100% (8 pm to 7 am) after 158 hours in a month
• Public Holiday Premium: +60% on standard hours; 160% for overtime on public holidays (16 public holidays per year)
