Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy BHS Operator to manage allocation and planning of baggage handling resource usages for safe and efficient baggage handling operation from customer experience, OTP, and equipment, systems and facilities availability and reliability perspectives. Responsible for providing procedural, and clerical support to the Duty Manager on a shift basis.
Benefits
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience. in Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics or relevant technical field.
Relevant experience in a similar role with in-line hold baggage screening system.
Experience with BHS Simulations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Basic knowledge of IATA requirement related to baggage handling operation.
Microsoft SQL Certification.
