Position Summary

This contractor cabin attendant position is responsible for delivering exceptional service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols onboard the aircraft. The Cabin Attendant will manage the overall operation of the aircraft’s cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all Clay Lacy clientele.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide cabin service on various aircraft to accommodate the Clay Lacy flight schedule.

  • Source and prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight. 

  • Proactively identify and address any issues related to aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate department. 

  • Provide trip information via automated Inflight Survey upon flight completion. 

  • Actively maintain communication with IFS (InFlight Services) Management.

  • Review and stay current with company policies and procedures. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Essential Job Functions

  • Able to comply with all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.  

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.   

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients at all times.  

  • Complete Clay Lacy Aviation and other job-related training  

  • Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement them in a safe, efficient manner. 

  • Ability to work without direct management supervision.  

  • Must be comfortable with working day, night and in all weather conditions.  

  • Must be able to reason, analyze, and solve problems.  

  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask in a distracting environment.

Travel Expectations

Travel will occur with prolonged overnight stays in domestic and international locations.  

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • 2+ years Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience.

  • Valid passport.  

  • Emergency training – certificate from approved training facility completed within the past 12 months to include CPR/First Aid.   

  • Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler’s Certification.  

  • Pre-employment background drug screening.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • CLA Indoctrination training.  

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
