Cabin Crew Recruiter

Marabu Airlines is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Cabin Crew Recruiter. As a Cabin Crew Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our airline by attracting and selecting top talent to join our crew in Germany.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making final hiring decisions. Your expertise in assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and potential will ensure that we build a strong and diverse cabin crew team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking charge of managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Creating job descriptions and choosing suitable publishing platforms
• Carrying out selection processes, organizing and conducting interviews in close collaboration with Hiring Managers
• Being the first point of contact providing an excellent candidate experience
• Being responsible for recruitment metrics, providing us with data-driven insights for attracting the best talent
• Empowering and training hiring managers on best recruitment and interviewing practices

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
• Experience in airline or aviation industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of best recruitment practices and techniques
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and potential
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
