Marabu Airlines is looking for a dynamic Cabin Innovation and Digitalization Specialist to join our Cabin Management team! If you're passionate about streamlining processes, enhancing communication, and bringing fresh ideas for digitalization, this is the perfect role for you. You'll be the bridge between the cabin crew, office staff, and various departments, ensuring smooth operations, all while contributing to new, tech-savvy ways to improve our workflow. It is important to mention that this position only requires approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between the cabin crew, office staff, and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective coordination for successful flight operations.
  • Administer cabin crew data and manage documentation.
  • Assist the Head of Cabin Management and HR in preparing and publishing cabin crew policies.
  • Oversee the ordering, preparation, and shipment of cabin crew materials.
  • Assist with uniform fittings and distribution.
  • Organize, prepare, and document cabin crew meetings.
  • Work with IT, cabin crew management, and base managers to ensure our digital efforts meet their needs.
  • Gather feedback from the cabin crew about devices and suggest improvements for better communication and passenger service.
  • Offer support and training to cabin base managers and crew to help them use new technologies smoothly.
  • Build and update dashboards to monitor important performance indicators for cabin operations.
  • Analyze data to find trends and provide insights for improving our cabin operations.
  • Keep up with the latest digital innovations in aviation and suggest useful solutions.
  • Help troubleshoot any digital issues that crew members may face with their devices


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, and the ability to create dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Notion to manage digital projects.
  • A positive attitude, especially during challenging projects.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with teams, including IT, cabin crew management, and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well to meet deadlines.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to find operational inefficiencies and suggest digital solutions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
