Your mission will be to assist the Academy in organizing educational activities while ensuring cadets receive the necessary support for all aspects of their training journey.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Updating cadet/instructor documentation
- Booking medical appointments for cadets
- Keeping cadet records up to date
- Front desk support for cadets/instructors during training
- Close collaboration with the Training Administration team
- Managing entrance tests for training courses
- Assisting in communication with aviation authorities
- Sending periodic procedure reminders
- Managing the information mailbox
- Handling requests for demonstration flights
- Issuing certificates
- Processing payments for minor school activities
- Welcoming clients and visitors
- Managing phone calls
- Supporting and assisting in organizing events (Open Days, school orientations, national and international fairs)
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
- Educational background in economics or humanities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration
- Problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in academic administration (preferred)
