CAMO Engineering Manager

🚀 Hiring: CAMO Engineering Manager ✈️

We are looking for an experienced CAMO Engineering Manager to oversee engineering activities and ensure airworthiness, reliability, and compliance within a dynamic aviation fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a growing aviation organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Provide administrative control and technical support
✔️ Review technical data, including Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives
✔️ Manage aircraft maintenance programs and documentation
✔️ Oversee aircraft modifications, repairs, and vendor evaluations
✔️ Liaise with manufacturers and maintenance organizations for defect resolution
✔️ Monitor subcontracted CAMO activities and compliance
✔️ Represent maintenance activities during base maintenance events
✔️ Manage aircraft defects and warranties as required

Requirements:

📍 Based in Malta or willing to relocate
📜 Fluent in spoken and written English
✔️ Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a Part-66 license with relevant qualifications
✔️ Up-to-date CAMO training (Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, EWIS, FTS, Human Factors, SMS)
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in a CAMO environment
✔️ Experience with Airbus and/or A220 preferred
