Key Responsibilities

• Operate the ERJ170/190 aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and aviation regulations.

• Ensure the highest levels of safety, compliance, and efficiency in all flight operations.

• Provide strong leadership in the cockpit and flight deck, ensuring smooth coordination with the First Officer and cabin crew.

• Execute precise decision-making in challenging operational conditions.

• Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight briefings.

• Communicate effectively with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and ground operations.

• Maintain a high level of situational awareness and professionalism at all times.

• Represent the airline in a professional and courteous manner to passengers, crew, and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Valid ICAO ATPL License

• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours

• At least 1,000 command hours on type (ERJ170/190)

• Valid E190/170 Type Rating

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
