Zenon is currently assisting a well-established charter services provider with a global presence in the Cargo, VIP, and ACMI sectors in their search for a Cargo Charter Broker at their company HQ in the LGW area.

Our client is looking for a Cargo Charter Broker or Senior Cargo Charter Broker to ensure fast and seamless solutions for their clients globally. You’ll play a key role in growing their cargo charter presence, securing high-value contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity of real career progression in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Minimum Skills and Experience:-

• Proven ability to respond to client requests, co-ordinate and deliver time-sensitive deliveries and cargo solutions.
• Exceptional client management skills with the ability to foster excellent working relationships, to secure repeat business whilst identifying new revenue streams and converting this to new business.
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience of negotiating competitive pricing, preparing quotes and contracts and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Strong industry knowledge around aircraft, routes, and logistics.
