CCTV and Access Control Agent

• Monitor live CCTV footage of airport facilities, terminals, airside, and restricted areas to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches.

• Report any incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activities promptly to supervisors and law enforcement.
  
• Maintain detailed logs of security incidents, actions taken, and communications during and after security events.
  

• Coordinate with airport security teams, law enforcement, and emergency services during security incidents, ensuring a swift and efficient response.
  
• Support patrol officers and security staff by providing real-time information from CCTV surveillance and access control data.
  
• Communicate security concerns to relevant departments and offer technical support to resolve access control or surveillance system issues.
  

• Perform regular checks on CCTV and access control systems to ensure they are fully operational, reporting any technical issues to IT or maintenance teams.
  
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems related to surveillance systems and access control software.
  
• Ensure the proper functioning of all surveillance and access systems, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed.
  

• Adhere to airport security regulations and protocols as defined by local and international aviation authorities, including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to the handling of sensitive information and access to restricted areas.

• Stay updated on new threats, technologies, and best practices in airport security, particularly related to surveillance and access control.
  
• Assist in training new security personnel on the use of CCTV and access control systems, ensuring they are familiar with standard operating procedures.
