Summary

We are looking for a “Customer Quality Manager Airborne (f/m/d)” for the “Quality Management” department in Oberkochen at the earliest possible date.

The “Quality Management” department is responsible for the application of processes in the offer, development and order execution phases. In each of these phases, the quality and customer requirements must be ensured and the reviews carried out must be evaluated.

Your Tasks

• Evaluation of quality requirements in customer inquiries / contracts for feasibility and risks

• Communicating quality requirements with the customer and managing their implementation throughout the entire product life cycle

• Implementing and communicating measures in development and project teams

• Analyzing internal and / or external quality problems including documentation

• Processing customer assessments and incorporating action plans into the organization

• Checking and creating schedules, cost and capacity plans

• Creating priorities and defining interfaces

• Participation / evaluation of specifications

• Final inspection, acceptance and conformity testing of products

• Issuing airworthiness certificates (EASA Form 1)

• Support in the maintenance of airworthiness approvals

Willingness for occasional business trips is required.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or comparable

• Experience in quality management (8D, APQP, ISO 9100)

• Knowledge of civil aviation approvals EASA Part 21 and EASA Part 145 (or alternatively the military equivalents)

• Knowledge of aviation law requirements

• Internal contact person for airworthiness issues

• Knowledge of project and process management

• Knowledge of working with SAP

• Customer orientation

• Process-oriented and independent way of working

• High quality awareness and strong ability to work in a team

• Fluency in German and English
