Customer Svc Supervisor
Aviation DivisionIn general, a supervisor reports directly to the coordinator. The overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees performance, provide training/coaching, conduct audits, write daily duty roster, provide guidance and support. Additionally, identify developmental needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization in order to meet KPIs and achieve operational success.
