- Be at work on time and when rostered
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
- Delegate tasks and organize workflow (duty roster)
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Communicate operational needs or challenges to coordinators/management
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Email daily flight reports to coordinators/management
- Ensure adherence to Eulen & Client policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions
- Adhere/Monitor for compliance to uniform/grooming and dress code standards
- Be present at the check in counters always
- Distribute with the relevant tools (Radios, Phones)
- Ensure ALL Airline stocks/signage/paperwork/BT, BP are removed from the counters
- Ensure gate/baggage/counter bags are stocked for next day operations (Delegate and Review)
- Ensure ASRs are closed prior to station close
- Monitor employee cellphones in the operation (no cellphone policy)
- Ensure the operational cellphones are functional/charged and service still on
- Follow up on IHRs from the employees and ensure they completed and emailed or drop off
- Reconcile the daily flight paper work and put away (trip file)
- Monitor and replenish stationery/stock (speak with coordinator
- Monitor and document employee attendance/punctuality
- Monitor all areas (counters, gates, baggage) for compliance
- Ensure great customer service at all levels
- Help CSAs to understand daily requirements
- Conduct employee appraisals (when the need arise)
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Organize daily briefings and de-briefings
- Handle customer issues as they arise
- Provide great service to internal and external customers
