• Fluency in Czech is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.

• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
