Czech Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

If you have a passion for travel and customer service, this is the perfect role for you. You will assist Czech-speaking customers with their airline reservations, inquiries, and any issues they encounter during their travel planning. Your commitment to providing excellent customer service will ensure that clients receive a seamless and positive experience in their travel journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and ticketing inquiries.
• Resolve issues and answer questions related to airline policies and services.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions for quality assurance and improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
• A strong interest in travel and a dedication to customer service.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry, is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the department.
