Czech Speaking Customer Service for Airline Reservations

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Airline Reservations Department of a reputable airline. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service and want to help Czech-speaking passengers with their travel needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, specifically related to airline reservations.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries about airline services.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfactory outcomes while promoting a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with other departments to efficiently address and resolve complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and procedures to provide timely and accurate information.
• Encourage a positive travel experience by actively listening to customer feedback and responding to their needs.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
