Your expertise in sales, digital marketing, and customer-centric strategies will be instrumental in achieving ambitious growth objectives.

Bostonair Technical Training Ltd (BTTL) is a leading EASA and UK CAA Part 147-approved provider of technical training for the aviation industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Business Development Manager to drive our online sales strategy and expand our digital presence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in existing and new markets
  • Set and achieve revenue targets, contributing to overall business profitability
  • Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet company targets, deliver to clients expectations and create recurring revenue streams
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Monitor and analyse website analytics and sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging these relationships to open cross-selling opportunities across Bostonair’s wider portfolio
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend actionable strategies for enhancing sales performance. Suggest new products or service innovations based on market demand and trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales pipelines, forecasts, and achievements for senior management. (weekly, quarterly and annually).
  • Working alongside the Online Training Manager to ensure our E-Learning tools are delivering the expected value for our clients
  • Production of annual strategy plan with other key stakeholders.

Reports to: Head of Commercial BTTL

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree education would be considered an advantage but is not essential

Minimum Previous Experience:

  • Strong experience in online sales and client/customer management.
  • Knowledge of, or experience in aviation industry an advantage

  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Commercially astute, well connected and market aware.
  • 100% accuracy, eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to work equally well individually and as part of a team.
  • Able to influence other parties to achieve the required goals.
  • Excellent presentational skills
  • Resilience to handle pressure and meet targets
  • MS Teams/Sharepoint; LearnUpon LMS
