Sales and Marketing Executive - Base Maintenance

Airhub Aviation is a Lithuanian Asset Management and Fleet support company. Client services encompass continuing airworthiness, maintenance, component supply, repair management, asset sales and leasing.

They hold key certifications and operate MRO and warehouse facilities in the Baltics for fleet transitions, base maintenance, and end-of-life solutions. Scope of approval includes maintenance capabilities for Airbus A320 and A330 family and Boeing 737NG.

Airhub Aviation is a part of an ACMI airline group, the company is well capitalised and is now looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive - Base Maintenance to support and grow is client portfolio in 2025 and beyond.

On offer is a permanent contract with a competitive base salary plus industry standard commission.

Role Requirements:

• Right to work and live in EU
• Relocation to Vilnius
• ELP level 4 minimum
• Proficient in using Microsoft 
• Minimum 2 years Base Maintenance Customer Support experience
• General understanding of an MRO capability
• Understanding of EASA / FAA/ CAA Approvals and documentations
• EASA Part 145 / other CAA regulations
• Demonstrate a knowledge of the process involved in issuing, managing and closing maintenance contracts
• Have a good understanding of market competition in EMEA
• Have strong presentation skills
• Have experience with MRO/Airline ERP 
• MRO and MRO sales background
