You will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their airline reservations, providing them with the necessary information and support for a smooth travel experience. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their airline reservations.
• Assist customers with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations, and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Ensure all customer interactions are accurately documented for optimal service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service performance goals.
• Engage in training to stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong passion for customer service and travel.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the airline industry!
